My go to finals meal:
Ingredients
This is the perfect finals meal when you’re sick of energy drinks and fake food, the lemon juice gives the pasta a nice freshness along. Its a nice cheap and quick meal that you should give a try next time you’re up late.
Meatballs / Tinned Tomatoes / 3 Garlic Cloves / Chilies / Sliced Salami / Good Oil / GCY Mayonnaise (see recipe) / Bread / Grated Cheddar
CHOP garlic and chilli
DICE salami
ADD 2 tablespoons of good oil to pan
THROW in garlic, chili and salami
CHUCK in tinned tomatoes when…
4 Chipolata Sausages / Salami / Brie / Flour Tortilla

4 Chicken Thighs (Skin On, Bone In) / Salt / Pepper / Oil
PLACE chicken on clean board skin down
SCORE flesh of chicken
DO NOT cut all the way through the skin!
SEASON generously with salt and pepper
TURN chicken over and season again
HEAT griddle pan on hob
RUB oil into chicken and season again
PLACE chicken skin side down in griddle pan
TURN when skin has gone crispy and golden
COOK for a further 7-8 minutes and serve

Easy Fried Ravioli
Ingredients :
A box of Ravioli (Orly?)
Bread Crumbs
Butter Milk
Oil
First step get a pan throw about 2 inches of oil and heat that shiz up!
While that’s doing its thing poor the butter milk in a bowl and bread crumbs in the other…
Now take a Ravioli and dip in in the Buttermilk then the Bread Crumbs, Repeat if you want it extra awesome. (if you’re using frozen Ravioli you might want to boil in water for a few minutes before this step)
is the oil hot? Whelp, Time to dunk the breaded Ravioli in the oil!
Only a few at a time and don’t crowd the pan!
Wait til they’re golden brown on one side then flip!
Throw some fancy cheese on top, dip them in some marinara sauce and you have a quick and easy meal or appetizer!
